Tommy is an Albany native. He has been the Executive Director of Thronateeska Heritage Center since 2002, Flint RiverQuarium since 2013 and Chehaw Park & Zoo since 2019, and CEO of the Artesian Alliance since 2020. His prior career experience includes the Georgia Wildlife Federation, the City of Albany, and Procter & Gamble.
Tommy serves on the boards of Albany Technical College Foundation, Albany Convention and Visitors Bureau, Southwest Georgia Chapter of Quail Forever board. He is also a member of the Albany Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs and Governmental Affairs committees.
